Basically the story boils down to this:
Brian needed someone with design skills to help him out with Concentrate. He emailed a few designers and Dave responded rather eloquently. After working together for a few months, they both found themselves wanting to take their services to "a whole nutha level." So, after a few lunches/deep discussions, they decided to start a company where they would work any/all hours of the day/night as long as what they were doing was inspired, enlightening, helpful, beautiful, highly usable and fun.
The founding members of rocket can currently be found somewhere in Boise, Idaho working on something cool.

I'm Dave. I grew up in a small town in Idaho. My first real job out of school was at an agency in Los Angeles working for national clients. I'm a designer and love/hate it. The love part is because I often can't sleep just being so excited about what I'm working on. The hate part is because I often can't sleep.
